This is an accessory self timer for those color pack folding Polaroids from the 1960’s and early 70’s. The Land list shows it for model 100, 101, 102, 103, 135, 230, 240, 330, 335, 340, 430, 440, 250, 350, 360, 450, 180, 190 and 195. It clipped over the shutter release button. You turned the dial to the number of seconds delay required and then press the button. It does work and includes the plastic case.
