No cord, but you can have that remedied pretty easily. The stand has a footprint of 26 x 26 inches and will be disassembled (one bolt on the bottom) for shipping. There is a small dent on the top of the light housing and the whole thing needs a better cleaning than I have time to give it, which was a quick wipedown with a damp cloth.
