The box opens and closes as it should. The latch works as it should as well. The latch has USA Excelsior Stafford Conn. imprinted on it. Part of the Simonson logo is missing. Even though it isn't perfect, it is a solid vintage metal box. Please see the photos for item and condition specifics. I always combine shipping if you purchase more than one item.
