From Bausch & Lomb, a 1939 Compur shutter instruction pamphlet. B&L was a big player in the photographic lens business during the mid 19th century to mid 20th century. Always and still an optics company, they were innovators across the board for photographic and eyewear products. They made some pretty nice lenses of their own design that Kodak used on their early cameras and licensed lenses based on Carl Zeiss formulas, particularly Tessar lenses. This small publication is a part of that history that included the Compur Dial Set and Rim Set shutter that housed many B&L lenses of the time. Ships via USPS Ground Advantage.
