The item in view here is a collectable used Leitz BEOOY in remarkable condition. The BEOOY is what Leitz calls a “Setting Device” available from 1935 until 1951 and is used for close-up photography or copy photography in conjunction with auxiliary lenses or extension rings specially provided for use with the device.
