Vintage Heiland 4-Pronged Flash Adapter | Rare T-Socket for Flashbulbs (?)
It seems to be ready to fit at least 3 bulbs—probably, and particularly, of ye olde flashbulb variety. The fourth hole is much tinier and would make more sense if it were to be screwed onto a mount.
