Based on the wood and fittings I would say it's from the late 1800's or Early 1900's. Any significant defects that I know of are either pictured or described to the best of my knowledge. My goal is to not try to rip anybody off or sneak one past you, but that said, I'm not into having things go back and forth based on opinion, or risk "part swapping".
