Leica adjustable lens sunshade. Marked Elmar 5, 9, 13.5 cm. Fully functional and super clean overall condition & almost no sign of use can be detected. The movable outer barrel is set at that mark on the inner barrel which corresponds whith the lens used, and is then locked in place by a few turns of the clamping screw.
