Sixtus Original Gossen Light Meter 1937-1955 ~ Vintage photovoltaic light meter Made in Germany Uses photovoltaic technology, does not use batteries Introduced in the late 1930's the Sixtus Original-Gossen Light Meter for Both Professional and Novice Photographers. The hard plastic, Bakelite exterior measures approximately 2.25" tall and 2.25" wide. The original stitched leather case measures 3" tall and 2.50” wide. The leather strap on the case is only attached on one side. There is a 1/2-inch square missing piece of hard plastic on a bottom corner of the case. Please see photos.
