This is a working home movie filming light. It's in remarkably good condition compared to the other ones I've seen. There is no rust. A few minor point dints. Some scratches (see pictures) on the brown metal case. It comes with a light bar, 4 light bulbs in the original boxes (I only tested the light bar not these bulbs as to not reduce there life) and an attachable handle. The light bar itself is in good condition it not rusted not scratched. The paint is still good. There is some usage wear at the attachment points for the handle. Lot 220
