We offer for your consideration this vintage photographers camera Accessories field box. This is a purpose built box, designed to hold a photographer's supplies.This box was built back in the days of large format cameras. When it came to us it was filled with cameras accessories, and supplies for a 1920/30s era Graflex Camera,supplies such as film holders, an old Heiland flash handle and reflector, some filters, and a board mounted lens. One of the ares looks large enough to hold a Speed Graphic camera body. The box is made of Oak, the joinery is top notch, all corners have finger Joints. The wood used in the top, bottom, and sides, has been planed to a true 1/2 inch in thickness. The top lid is held in place with a full length recess set piano hinge. The front closure clasp are toggle style, and look to be nickel. The side strap mounts are spring ball. The box locks and it comes with a key.This is a well made piece of equipment.
