Vivitar 57-0307 macro bellows focusing stage with slide copier and extra rail all in the boxes with original packaging and instructions. In very clean shape showing little if any wear. The bellows are good. Uses a removable mount system. This one has M42 mounts but could be changed out to mount any of the major camera/lens brands
