This is a Wollensak TIB Shutter. Appears to be in working order, but it actuates quickly and I don't know how to test it to operate it more slowly. Found in my father's house when we were downsizing and cleaning it out. We will refund any shipping overpayment (less a $2 handling fee to cover shipping materials). We ship via USPS within 3 days of payment at the lowest cost option. If multiple items are purchased, we will combine shipping to lower the cost further.
